Travel Fund Guidelines and Application Form
Information about the Fund, including the composition of the Travel Committee, eligibility to apply, and the types of costs that can be covered, is available in the Travel Fund Guidelines.
Submitting your application
There are two application submission deadlines each year: 1 February, and 1 August.
Applications can be completed in hard copy or electronic formats and either mailed or sent as an email attachment to the following Travel Committee members...
North Island Applicants:

South Island Applicants:

Applications will be compiled for consideration after each deadline. Applicants will be advised of the Travel Committee’s unanimous decision within four weeks of each submission deadline.
